Policies
Payment

Payment is by credit card only — we do not accept cash, debit, or cheques.

A valid credit card must be kept on file for every unit.

Rent is monthly, payable in advance of the monthly billing date.
Late payment & non-payment

A $10 (+HST) service charge applies to any monthly rent left unpaid 3 days after the billing date.

An additional $10/week administration fee applies to accounts more than 2 weeks in arrears.

If rent is 10 days overdue after notice, the unit is double-locked on the 11th day. Under Ontario's Repair and Storage Liens Act, unit contents may be sold if arrears remain unresolved for 60 days, after 15 days' written notice.
Terms of Cancellation

Month-to-month. Cancel with written notice at least 5 days before the cancellation date

Cancellation after monthly due date recieves no refund or amortization for the month paid.
Access and Security

Tenants provide their own lock and key; the facility does not hold keys.

Gate access card/key required. No access to the storage yard after 10 p.m.

Snow is plowed once it reaches 5 inches.
Risk & Insurance

All goods are stored at the tenant's sole risk. The facility is not liable for loss or damage (theft, fire, water, wind, etc.). Tenants should carry their own insurance.
